Cancelation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Agota`s Beauty&Massage each appointment is reserved especially for you. At Agota`s Beauty&Massage we understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Strict 24 hour cancellation policy
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation time we miss the opportunity to fill that time, therefore customers awaiting appointments miss the opportunity to receive our services. A 48 hour appointment reminder is sent via text message as we understand that appointments may have been made in advance. Since the appointments are made individually for you, a cancellation fee will apply
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a £20 charge, if a multiple service or group appointment is cancelled a £20 charge per service will be made.
“No Shows” will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount.
Retail Products Refund & Exchange Policy
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Agota`s Beauty&Massage
. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. Due to some products containing sell-by or used-by dates we can not except returns after 14 days of purchess. Proof of purchess for your item is required always.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Once issued the value on the Agota`s Beauty&Massage Gift Card can be used as full or part payment at Agota`s Beauty&Massage .
The card can be loaded with any value between £25 and £100. The maximum value stored on the card is £100.
The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance will be stored on the card and may be used to pay for future purchase.
Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date which is 6 months from the date the card was issued. Any balance left on the card after 6 months of not being used will be deducted.
You should treat this card as cash - it cannot be replaced if lost.
This gift voucher will be considered null and void without the Expiry Date and Authorized Signature being filled up, seal and other authentication signs or if tampered.
Please be aware that if you select 'Standard Recorded' delivery and the item goes missing in the post, we will investigate for you and provide you with the relevant information but we are not liable to replace, compensate or refund any funds that may have been lost.
The card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. Agota`s Beauty&Massage reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or with draw the card on reasonable notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision (Agota`s Beauty&Massage) is final. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Online Booking Terms & Conditions
We would like to ensure that your appointment at the salon runs as smoothly as possible. Please read our booking rules and guidance so that you get the most from your visit to us.
• We will contact you to discuss any alterations to your appointment
• Prices are intended as guide only. You will be charged for the services you receive, which may differ from the services you have booked.
• Prices do not include any promotions, offers or discounts that you may be entitled to eg Recommended Friend, etc.
• Bookings made online may need to be slightly amended to fit in with salon time slots and beautician commitments. Please ensure that we have a current contact phone number for you (preferably a mobile!)
• For our younger guests (under16) we offer “off peak” rates Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.15pm.
• If you miss your appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge you.
If you are unable to find the availability that you are looking for, don't worry , just give us a ring and our Reception Team will do their very best to find an appointment to suit your needs!
Colours & Perms
• If you are booking for a colour service, eyelash / eyebrow tint or eyelash perming. (Agota`s Beauty) you will need a skin test 48 hours before you have the full treatment.Tests are available without an appointment and are free. Failure to have a skin test may result in us being unable to carry out your treatment(s).
Course & Membership Terms & Conditions
All courses are valid for one year form date of purchase any courses which have not been used with in the year will be void, All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments will result in treatments being deducted from your course.
MEMBERSHIP T&C
Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment.
We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of the al a carte service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full al a carte service.
Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.

Terms of return
Thank you for shopping at Agota`s Beauty&Massage store! I offer refund and/or exchange within the 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused, unopened and still be in their original packaging with all tags attached and the same condition that you received it.
Reason for return : Damaged, wrong products, unwanted products.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item I will process your refund . Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return .Refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your credit/debit card company. I will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Sale items, or FINALE SALE and cannot be returned.
