Recommended Treatment:
Alipic skin requires rich, nourishing care to restore comfort and protection. Treatments should include products with lipid-replenishing ingredients, natural oils, ceramides, and moisturizing agents such as hyaluronic acid. Gentle exfoliation, followed by deeply hydrating masks and protective creams, helps rebuild the skin barrier and improve elasticity. Regular professional moisturizing facials are also highly beneficial.

Rosacea is a chronic skin condition that primarily affects the central part of the face.
It is characterized by persistent redness, visible small blood vessels, flushing, and sometimes acne-like bumps or pustules.
In more advanced cases, the skin may become thickened, especially around the nose. Triggers often include sun exposure, stress, spicy food, alcohol, or temperature changes.
Treatment recommendations:
While rosacea cannot be completely cured, its symptoms can be effectively managed. A gentle skincare routine with soothing, non-irritating products is essential. Professional treatments such as calming facials, LED therapy, and vascular laser can help reduce redness and inflammation. Dermatologist-prescribed topical or oral medications may also be necessary in moderate to severe cases. Daily sun protection is crucial to prevent flare-ups.

ABOUT ACNE
⚠️Acne is one of the most common and frustrating skin problems in the world, which, contrary to popular belief, does not only affect teenagers.
☝️Causes of acne (deeper vs. immediate)
there are deeper and more immediate causes for the development of acne (and generally everything :)).
☝️By direct causes we mean what happens specifically on the skin, so the action of P. acnes bacteria, for example, is a direct cause.
☝️But why P. acnes bacteria are bad on your stock and not on someone else's skin usually has some "deeper" reason, like the hormonal cause is a common, deeper cause.
⚠️What happens when an inflamed acne develops on the skin is a very similar process for everyone.
an acne cream or active ingredient will somehow hinder this process.
☹️It doesn't matter your age, whether you're a teenager or an adult!
😞The deeper causes, however, can vary, and unfortunately it is not always possible to find out what they are.
☝️In addition to the acne skin care routine, lifestyle / diet changes can provide a nice improvement.
So let's see some of the most common deeper reasons (many of which may apply to someone unfortunately ...):
❗️Hormonal: The most common deep cause associated with the androgen and insulin hormones.
A typical symptom is that your skin condition deteriorates significantly before menstruation, or if you have had a hormone test, the androgen hormone tends to be in the upper (but still normal!) Range, while the estrogen is in the lower range.
⚠️ This type of acne can also be significantly influenced by diet.
❗️Inflammatory:
More than normal levels of inflammation in the body can cause acne, which is surprisingly often associated with intestinal health.
If you often feel uncomfortable after meals, have constipation, or have diarrhea, and have acne on your skin, you may have a connection.
❗️Stress acne: If your skin always gets worse during the exam period, or as an adult, for example, when you are in stress at work, this is a big factor for you.
⚠️Acne caused by physical irritation:
This is an easily recognizable and manageable type, occurring where there is regular physical irritation, rubbing.
For example, in the winter, under your cap on your forehead, under your backpack strap, and so on. The thing is resolved if physical irritation is eliminated.
⚠️Hypersensitivity to make-up, irritant ingredients or, in rare cases, to certain foods; other allergy or medication.
☝️It is worth understanding the process of developing acne as it will help you to retard the process.
☝️These are the main steps:
The pores are clogged: The inside of the pores is peeled just like the surface of the skin, but for skin types prone to acne, this peeling process is not oiled enough and the uneven peeling cells tend to adhere to each other.
⚠️In addition to adherent exfoliating cells, the problematic skin type often produces more oil than needed, which is denser than normal, so dense fat + adherent epithelial cells easily plug and clog pores.
☝️A clogged (but not inflamed pore) is called a comedian, which, when open, is oxidized to black, and he is the blackhead.
❗️P. acne bacteria proliferate:
The fat-rich, air-poor environment of a clogged pore is a super nutrient medium for bacteria, especially Propionibacterium acnes, one of the major causes of inflamed acne.
❗️P. acnes, when detected in a pleasant environment, begins to cheerfully reproduce.
The immune response: inflammation: The immune system detects that bacteria has multiplied and tries to fix things.
As a result, it begins to produce large amounts of white blood cells that are responsible for killing bacteria. Inflammation is actually the accumulation of carcasses of bacteria and white blood cells that are killed in the fight, resulting in pus.
⚠️If there is too much bacteria + pus, the pore wall cannot withstand the load and "rupture" to form a large, inflamed acne.
Myths that only make things worse:
☝️Acne can be dried.
- In fact, you can only "dehydrate" the moisture in your skin, which has nothing to do with acne.
❗️If you "dehydrate" water and other moisture-binding compounds from your skin, you jeopardize your skin's ability to regenerate and to fight inflammation; this favors the growth of bacteria.
⚠️Carefully absorbing excess oil from the surface of the skin or pores is much more than drying your face with the help of ruthless ingredients!
☝️Myth # 2: Acne is caused by dirt on your skin - This misconception often leads to a man's daughter obsessively cleaning her face with various soaps and aggressively foaming cleansers. Unfortunately, a squeaky feeling may be pleasant, but it does not help but also increases the chances of irritation and dryness.
❗️Treating acne skin with "scrubs" is also a huge mistake, causing microdermal injury on the surface of the skin, which can even increase inflammation and lead to the "even" distribution of bacteria.
☝️Myth # 3: Acne can be treated locally. - With products based on salicylic acid (BHA) or benzoyl peroxide (more on both below) you can reduce the redness and swelling of acne, but that does not mean you can eliminate the cause of acne.
If you always treat only the visible bumps, nothing will prevent the development of the invisible but well-formed acne.
Local treatment of acne can be good for those who only rarely and to a limited extent experience the problem; however, if you do not belong to this (lucky) group, you better focus on the causes!
☝️Myth # 4: If you sting or tingle, it's effective!
There is no scientific evidence that ingredients that tingle or pinch your skin are a bit effective against acne or oily skin.
The most common of these ingredients is alcohol, menthol, peppermint, eucalyptus or lemon, which are listed in many acne formulations.
⚠️Against the expected effect, these active ingredients cause irritation which can only worsen your skin condition! Irritation stimulates the sensory nerve endings in the deep pores and, as a result, increases sebum production.
❗️❗️WHAT NOT TO DO!!
⛔️Do not use too strong or irritating cosmetics! The secret to treating acne skin is gentleness and tenderness.
⛔️Never wash your face with soap or solid cleanser,
⛔️Don't poke your acne!
Never use too hot or too cold water.
⛔️Don't use alcoholic tonics and cosmetics, or any that contain essential oils, fragrances, or refreshing, cooling ingredients like menthol, eucalyptus or citrus extracts.
Reduction of inflammation
☝️Remember, acne is an inflammatory disease, so it is extremely important that you treat your skin gently and gently in general.
✅Anti-inflammatory drugs are great supplements to acne treatments.
👌Diet Tips for Treating Acne:
If you can, aim for a generally healthy diet low in sugar and milk, low in GI carbohydrates, rich in vegetables, fruits, and omega-3 fatty acids.
✅Take Zinc Supplements:
Taking Pre- and Probiotics: Especially if your intestinal health is not a hundred and you feel like you have more of an inflammatory type of acne.
What you need to know is that there is no miracle cure, no miracle cure.
⚠️You have to be patient and persistent, and try the active ingredients wisely to find out which one works best for you.
realistically, it takes 8-12 weeks for each active ingredient to show whether or not it is using.
🙏Thank you for reading through and I hope I helped you understand a little bit about the development of acne skin.

Oily Seborrhea, also known as Seborrhea Oleosa, is a skin condition caused by the overactivity of the sebaceous glands, resulting in an excessive production of sebum (oil).
Although sebum is essential for skin protection and elasticity, when produced in excess it can lead to shine, enlarged pores, blackheads, and acne-like breakouts.
The skin often appears thick, greasy, and uneven, particularly in the T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin), and it may also affect the scalp, chest, and back.
🔍 Typical Signs and Symptoms
Clients with oily seborrhea usually experience:
While this condition is not dangerous, it can significantly affect the skin’s comfort, balance, and appearance.
🧬 Main Causes
Oily Seborrhea can be triggered by several internal and external factors, including:
When the skin produces too much sebum, it creates an environment where bacteria can thrive, often leading to blackheads or inflammation.
